Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists when we send the dispatch confirmation email, not when you click the button. We may decline an order where stock has run out, where a price has been published in error, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. Declined orders are refunded in full immediately.

You must be 18 or over and shipping to a United States address.

Prices and payment

Prices are in United States dollars and shown before you confirm. They may change at any time, but never after your order is placed. Shipping is free on the three and six bottle kits and $9.99 on the two bottle kit.

Every order is a single payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Memocept is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, and nothing here replaces advice from a qualified clinician who knows your history.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont and the courts of Vermont have jurisdiction over any dispute.
