Privacy notice

The short version

We collect what an order needs and nothing beyond it. We do not sell your data, we do not rent mailing lists, and we never see your full card number.

What we collect when you order

Your name, shipping address, billing address, email address and phone number. Our payment processor collects your card details directly and returns to us only the last four digits, the card type and an authorisation result.

We also record your order history so that support can answer questions and so refunds can be matched to purchases.

What we collect when you browse

Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. These are kept for 60 days for security and troubleshooting.

This site uses a small number of first-party cookies to keep your kit selection between pages. We do not run advertising trackers or cross-site profiling scripts on memoceptscam.com.

Who else handles it

Three categories of processor: the payment gateway that authorises your card, the carrier that delivers your parcel, and the email provider that sends your confirmation and tracking messages. Each receives only the fields it needs to do that job.

None of them is permitted to use your details for their own marketing.

Email from us

Ordering puts you on our customer email list, which carries order updates and occasional product news. Every message has a one-click unsubscribe and unsubscribing does not affect your guarantee or your ability to contact support.

How long we keep things

Order and transaction records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Support correspondence is kept for three years. Server logs are kept for 60 days. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent plus two years.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] to request a copy of what we hold, to correct something inaccurate, or to ask for deletion. We verify identity first, then respond within 30 days.

Deletion requests are honoured except where we are legally required to retain transaction records. In that case we tell you exactly what is being kept and why. California residents may also direct us not to sell personal information, which is straightforward for us since we never have.

Security and children

Traffic to this site runs over TLS and order data sits behind access controls limited to staff who need it. No system is perfect, and we will notify affected customers promptly if that ever changes.

Memocept is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we discover we have.
