Refund terms

The window

Every Memocept order placed at memoceptscam.com may be refunded within 60 calendar days of the purchase date shown on your order confirmation. The date of purchase starts the clock, not the delivery date.

Requests received after day 60 are outside these terms. We read every one anyway and will use discretion where a delay was clearly not your fault.

The 30 day use condition

We ask that you have taken Memocept for at least 30 days before requesting a refund. This is a condition of the guarantee, not a formality: the formula acts on circulation and energy metabolism and cannot be judged in a fortnight.

We do not require proof. We take your word for it.

What is refunded

The amount you paid for the Memocept capsules: $158, $207 or $294 depending on the kit. Refunds go back to the card or account used at checkout. We cannot refund to a different card.

Return postage is not refunded. The $9.99 shipping charge on a two bottle kit is not refunded, because it was paid to the carrier at the time of dispatch. Digital guides included with the three and six bottle kits are yours to keep.

How to start a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and the words refund request in the subject line. We reply within one business day with a return address and a reference number.

Do not post anything back before you have that reference. Parcels arriving without one can take considerably longer to match to an order.

Condition of returned goods

Opened, partly used and empty bottles are all accepted. We do not weigh them and we do not inspect them beyond confirming they are Memocept bottles from your order.

Bottles bought from a marketplace, a reseller or any site other than memoceptscam.com cannot be refunded by us, because there is no order in our system to refund against.

Timing

Once your parcel reaches our warehouse we process the refund within five to seven business days. Your bank may take a further three to five days to display it, which is outside our control.

If more than 15 business days have passed since the tracked delivery of your return and nothing has appeared, contact us with the tracking number and we will trace it.

Disputed and duplicate charges

If you believe you have been charged twice, or charged an amount you did not authorise, email us before opening a dispute with your bank. Duplicate charges are almost always resolved the same day, and a chargeback locks the funds for weeks while it is investigated.

Memocept is sold as a single payment. There is no subscription, no trial that converts and no recurring billing of any kind.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the day you bought, and we keep an archive on request. Material changes are dated at the foot of this page.
