What the guarantee actually covers

The money you paid for the Memocept capsules. On a six bottle kit that is $294, on a three bottle kit $207, on a two bottle kit $158. There is no restocking fee, no partial refund scale, and no requirement to send back unopened stock. Half-empty bottles come back to us all the time and they are refunded exactly the same way.

Why we ask for 30 days of use

Memocept works on circulation and energy metabolism rather than by stimulating you, and those systems shift over weeks. Our own follow-up data says the median point at which people notice something is around day 19. Asking for 30 days is not a hurdle designed to run down your clock. It is the shortest period over which the question can be answered honestly, and it still leaves you a full month to decide afterwards.

What is not covered

• Return postage. You cover that, and a tracked service is worth the extra dollar.
• The $9.99 shipping charge on the two bottle kit, since that money went to the carrier.
• Bottles bought anywhere other than memoceptscam.com. We can only refund orders that exist in our system.
• Requests made after day 60. Write to us anyway if you are close to the line and we will look at it.

The four steps

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and refund request in the subject.
2. Wait for our reply, usually within one business day. It carries the return address and a reference number.
3. Post the bottles. Write the reference on the outside of the box.
4. Refund lands on your original card within five to seven business days of the parcel arriving with us.

How to be sure you are dealing with us

This matters more than the guarantee itself, because a guarantee is only as good as the company standing behind it. You are dealing with Larkfield Wellness Group, LLC if all of the following are true: the address bar says memoceptscam.com, the checkout is a single payment with no subscription box to untick, the support email ends in memoceptscam.com, and the phone number in the footer is (802) 522-4190. We do not sell Memocept on Amazon, eBay, Walmart or through any pharmacy, and we never cold-call people to sell supplements. If somebody contacts you claiming to be us and asks for a card number over the phone, hang up and call us on the number above.

What happens to returned bottles

They are destroyed. A supplement that has left our warehouse, travelled to a home and come back cannot be resold, whatever condition the seal is in, because we have no way of knowing how it was stored in between. That is the whole reason we accept opened bottles without argument: the bottle has no resale value to us either way, so there is nothing to gain by making you keep it.

Why we would rather refund you

Around three percent of Memocept orders come back. We could shrink that number by making the process irritating, and plenty of companies do: a phone line that only opens for two hours, a returns form buried four clicks deep, a rule that unopened bottles only are accepted. It would be a bad trade. People who get their money back without a fight tend to mention it, and people who feel trapped mention it a great deal louder.

There is a commercial argument too, and we would rather say it out loud than pretend to be saintly. A 60 day window means most people order three or six bottles instead of two, because the downside is capped. We sell more that way than we would with a fortnight and a stack of conditions, even after the refunds. Everybody can see the arithmetic, so there is no sense hiding it.
