Dispatch and delivery times

Memocept ships from our warehouse in the United States. Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a business day go out the same day. Anything later, or placed at a weekend, leaves within one business day.

Tracking your order

A confirmation email lands within minutes of checkout. A second email with a tracking number follows as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, usually the next morning. If 48 hours have passed with no tracking email, check your spam folder first, then write to [email protected] with your order number.

If a parcel is late or arrives damaged

Most stalled parcels start moving again within two days. If tracking has not updated for four business days, contact us and we will open a case with the carrier. If the box arrives crushed or a seal is broken, photograph it before you do anything else and send us the picture. We replace damaged orders without asking you to return them.

Returns, step by step

1. Email us. Send your order number to [email protected] within 60 days of purchase and put refund request in the subject line.
2. Get the return address. We reply within one business day with the address and a short reference to write on the box. Do not send anything back before you have it.
3. Post the bottles. Opened or unopened, both are fine. Return postage is yours to cover, and we recommend a tracked service so you can prove it arrived.
4. Get your money back. Once the parcel reaches us we refund the product cost to your original payment method within five to seven business days.

What arrives in the box

Your Memocept bottles, each with an intact safety seal under the cap, in a plain padded mailer with no product branding on the outside. There is a packing slip with your order number on it, which is the number to quote if you contact us. Digital guides included with the three and six bottle kits do not arrive in the box: they come by email within a few minutes of your order being confirmed.
